Matrix of Pending Recycling and Take Back Legislation in the USA

Product Take-back

Thirty-four U.S. state legislatures, the Federal Government, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, are now considering, or have recently considered, legislation that would impose recycling or product take back requirements on various electronics products. In response to this legislative action, EIA has updated the attached matrix of Pending Federal and State Electronics Product Take Back & Recycling Legislation in the United States. The latest version, 4.0, has now been posted on the EIATRACK website. A link to the matrix is provided below.
