Introduction

This report provides an overview of the Luxembourg law that imposes restrictions on the use of chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).

Luxembourg has transposed, insofar as necessary, and implemented the EU legislation imposing restrictions on chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), including the RoHS-1 and RoHS-2 Directives, and the REACH Regulation.
