Switzerland restricts the usage of azo dyes via The Ordinance on Risk Reduction related to Chemical Products (ORRCHem) of 18 May 2005 as amended. Swiss national provisions correspond to some degre with the restrictions of EU Directives 76/769/EEC and 2003/3/EC

Defined Restrictions:
Listed substances: 0.1% by mass
Blue dye: 0.1% by mass
