This report provides an overview of legislation of Austria that imposes restrictions on the use of chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).

Austria has transposed, insofar as necessary, and implemented the EU legislation imposing restrictions on chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), including RoHS-1 and RoHS-2, and the REACH Regulation.
